  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of product initiatives and to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Dig into data and analytics: Lead initiatives related to data collection, analysis, and reporting. Utilize data insights to inform product decisions and enhance the value proposition of Skimmer
  • Become a payments integration authority: Oversee the implementation and optimization of online payment systems within the platform, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for users.
  • Be a leader: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product management team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.
  • Focus on the customer: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure that the product meets their needs effectively.

Requirements

  • Relevant chops: Minimum 10 years of experience in product management within a vertical SaaS environment (experience in mobile and/or payment solutions is preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the home services market and a proven ability to translate market needs into a strategic product roadmap.
  • Data and Analytics: Demonstrated experience developing and delivering data or analytics products, with a strong understanding of modern strategies and platforms including embedded AI and visualizations.
