KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist Director, Product Manager to join our Strategy Transaction group in our Deal Advisory and Strategy practice.

Responsibilities:Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to collect requirements to build data, analytics, and AI solutions; must deeply understand the business use case, including its challenges and goalsAnalyze the gathered information to understand the underlying needs of the business; define the problem clearly and propose data, analytics, and AI solutions that align with the business's strategic objectivesServe as a liaison between business stakeholders, the product owner and the technical team; ensure that there is a mutual understanding of the requirements and the proposed solutionsManage and communicate business requirements to the product owner and development team; check that the solutions developed meet these requirementsDevelop initial budget for proposed solutions while developing and maintaining the long-term product roadmap for each solutionConduct competitive research on data, analytics, and AI solutions in the deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy products and services

Qualifications:Minimum eight years of recent experience as a product manager or product owner; familiarity with deal advisory, mergers and acquisition, or corporate strategy desiredBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to think critically about complex problemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholdersProven experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, and more); understanding of basic IT principles and the ability to work closely with technology solutionsExperience in requirements gathering, process modeling, data analysis, and developing work estimates and budgets; must deeply understand the business use case, including its challenges and goalsWillingness and ability to travel as neededApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
