Job Title: Director of Product

At Ownwell, we're on a mission to democratize access to real estate expertise. We're looking for a seasoned product leader to join our team and help us achieve this vision.

About the Role

We're seeking a Director of Product to lead our product development efforts and drive growth for our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead product development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Make data-driven decisions to inform product development and drive business outcomes
  • Recruit and retain top talent to build a high-performing product team
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex omnichannel solutions
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing product managers, designers, and/or engineers
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
  • Experience collecting customer feedback and prioritizing roadmaps to optimize results
