Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an immediate opening for a Warranty Administrative Specialist in the Aftersales Group. This position will work with dealers, customers, and management team to provide warranty administrative support for our products.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Issue debits and credits for extended warranty packages.
  • Maintain group administration inbox and mileage inbox.
  • Process in-service date changes.
  • Maintain fleet contracts and dealership openings/closings.
  • Participate/lead continuous improvement projects related to streamlining processes.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education

 High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
