It’s still “day one” at Amazon Books, in inspiring the world to read more and get more out of reading every day, regardless of how they consume their books. We are looking for a Product Manager, who owns the end-to-end, worldwide Book Deals experience across Kindle and Print format. This role joins a team of PMs, Program managers, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to help customers find their next book at a great price, and drive long-term engagement with Amazon.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners, worldwide teams, and leadership to craft the vision for the Deals product, drive yearly planning and prioritization, and execute against the product roadmap. You will also be an advocate for Books in Amazon Retail forums, and help form a culture that constantly iterates, simplifies, automates, and removes inefficiencies. You are highly analytical, organized, able to work independently, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at designing and implementing new processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
