We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Director of Revenue. This role is responsible for directing revenue cycle functions and activities across all Saint Therese service lines. Provide oversight, support, training and analysis for organization-wide revenue generating activities. This is a hybrid position working within our Saint Louis Park office and remote.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting is required.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of healthcare accounting experience. Minimum 3 years of management experience.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Strong knowledge of covered services, compliance, and claims processing for federal & state reimbursement programs and other third-party payor agreements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and third party billing in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Strong understanding of billing software; experience with Point Click Care preferred.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills are required.
  • Must have strong supervisory and team building skills.
