What's the role?

The role of a Technical Deployment Supervisor at our company is dynamic and impactful. In this position, you will lead a team of Deployment Coordinators responsible for coordinating services. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and the growth and development of your team. This customer-facing role is crucial in supporting Sales and Field Service to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal process partners to ensure the delivery of services at market speed.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and coordinate customers' service requests.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Enforce compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, with a focus on efficiency and digitalization.

Leadership and Escalation:

  • Serve as an escalation point for both leadership and direct reports.

  • Act as a key user for key systems, CRM, and Dispatching Software.

Employee Focus:

  • Take responsibility for Technical Deployment Coordinators, ensuring their growth and development.

  • Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and proactively address areas of development.

  • Guide Technical Deployment Coordinators in developing best practices.

Customer Support:

  • Develop escalation processes to support customers' expectations and needs.

Strategic Implementation:

  • Implement strategies consistent with business plans and organizational goals.

Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a strong customer focus, driving operational excellence, and fostering the professional growth of your team. Do you qualify?

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 6-8 years Deployment and customer related experience.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in dispatching or scheduling service technicians or similar.

  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and highly adaptable to various databases.

  • Strong technical aptitude.

  • Be able to perform in a high-stress working environment.
