Job Summary:

As a Factory Planner Deployment Specialist at C4 Technical Services, you will be responsible for configuring Factory Planner settings for use at manufacturing plants. Your key tasks will include preparing and cleansing data for Factory Planner deployments, creating and following up on support tickets as needed, and scheduling meetings with users. Additionally, you will be required to keep the team and management informed, create job aids for users, and train and coach users on how to use Factory Planner. Advanced skills in i2 Factory Planner, Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure Factory Planner settings for use at manufacturing plants
Prepare and cleanse data for Factory Planner deployments
Create and follow up on support tickets as needed
Schedule meetings with users
Keep team and management informed
Create job aids for users
Train and coach users on how to use Factory Planner

Requirements:

3 years of experience in Factory Planner deployments
Advanced skills in i2 Factory Planner
Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
