We are seeking a People Services Generalist to manage an HR support ticketing system queue, including handling various employee inquiries and administrative tasks. This role will primarily support our People Operations team and is a temporary assignment for up to six months. What you'll do...

Monitor an HR support ticketing system queue, responding to employee inquiries and triaging tickets to the correct teams to provide an outstanding employee experience Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions around People Services (i.e., benefits, payroll, and other People programs) Leverage existing documentation and collaborate within the People Team to address open tickets promptly and accurately, prioritizing the employee experience Handle basic People Team administrative tasks; i.e., Form I-9s, employment verification requests, etc. Maintain documentation of processes and workflows, identifying any gaps and updating them as needed What we're looking for... A bachelor degree Up to 2 years of experience in HR, handling support tickets and monitoring a ticketing system queue, as well as experience handling a wide variety of HR questions High level of service orientation Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with employee-facing communication Stellar attention to detail, time management and organization skills, and proficiency in executing documented processes Demonstrated success working collaboratively and building trusted relationships; has a strong desire to help others and a high sense of accountability Experience using tools like Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, Confluence, and Workday Schedule Requirements: Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
