ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Sell all UTEX's products or services to customersTravel within sales territory to meet prospects and customersConduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers dailyBuild and maintain relationships with new and repeat customersCommunicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needsEducate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionallyMonitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needsProspecting, negotiating, and closing sales ordersServicing existing accounts and growing new accountsBuild and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.Maintain pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising, techniques, etc.Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
Responsible for the increase of sales in a particular territory with growth being the main objective.Must acquire complete knowledge of UTEX products.
