Primary Services is excited to announce the role of IT Business Analyst III. This full-time position involves supporting digital analytics across multiple brands. As an IT Business Analyst III, you will analyze web and mobile app data, support acquisition and retention strategies, and provide insights that directly impact decision-making at various levels of the organization. Utilizing tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, you will work closely with stakeholders across business, marketing, and IT departments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver insights, manage, and support site optimization efforts using Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Launch; identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and metrics for new products, site enhancements, and redesigns.
- Provide strategic support for business, marketing, IT, and UX initiatives involving testing and digital analytics.
- Perform quantitative analysis of digital analytics data, including acquisition and retention performance, and other key metrics.
- Design, implement, and test analytics for web, mobile apps, and other data sources following a standardized SDR.
- Train and mentor junior analysts, keeping up to date with the latest Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, and AAM features.
- Administer Adobe Analytics and Test & Target, troubleshoot issues, and support the analytics team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, project management, marketing, communications, or information systems is required; a Master’s Degree in business administration, analytics, or marketing is preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years in digital analytics, with a focus on Adobe Analytics; ideally, 3-5+ years of experience in digital analytics, consulting, or web/mobile app analytics.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining business reports, performing ad hoc analysis, and delivering business recommendations.
- Proven ability to administer Adobe Analytics, create report suites, and design standardized data reporting (SDR).
- Proficiency in creating complex dashboards, including sales funnels and flow paths, using Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML and the ability to implement and code in Adobe Launch (JavaScript and HTML preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the capacity to adapt to evolving conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to independent work.
