- Global Dimensions is seeking Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian-Creole, French, Arabic, Farsi, and Korean interpreters and translators to provide language services to the U.S. Government (CONUS and OCONUS).
- In this position, the candidate will: Provide foreign language support services, including transcription, and translation/interpretation at an advanced professional (ILR-4) level.
- Travel OCONUS to provide local area support as needed, functioning as an on-site coordinator for short (1-3 week) periods.
- Requirements Must possess a university level education (bachelor’s degree equivalent) Interagency Language Round Table (ILR) level 4 Advanced Professional Performance in Interpretation and/or Professional Performance in Translation, or equivalent in both Target Language and English.
- Equivalency includes: Interpreters qualified at the Seminar and Conference Level by the Interpreting Division of Department of State Office of Language Services, language professionals qualified by the UN, etc.
