What will I be doing?
As the Outside Sales Manager for Hilton Arlington National Landing, you will be responsible for representing the hotel’s services and facilities to prospective clients and customers, with a key focus on driving sales and revenue. Specific responsibilities include:
Responding to inquiries from potential clients seeking accommodations, meeting space, food and beverage services, and more. Traveling outside the hotel to initiate new sales opportunities, solicit leads, and present proposals to prospective clients. Developing and maintaining client relationships, hosting and entertaining clients as needed to foster long-term partnerships. Negotiating contracts and determining pricing strategies to align with hotel revenue goals. Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed room night and revenue targets. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client bookings and event planning. Attending industry events and networking opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential business.Additional Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to stay informed on competitor offerings and industry trends. Providing ongoing support to clients from inquiry through contract completion. Meeting regularly with the Director of Sales to review sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
