Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary at $500,000. Starting bonus - up to $100,000. Competitive RVU model with strong Primary Care referral network Full benefits including medical, dental and disability insurance. Malpractice insurance includes tail. Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contribution. Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.

Work Life Balance
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, traditional work schedule. Full time Providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Generous Paid Time Off and CME allowance. Cerner EMR transitioning to EPIC in the fall of 2024.
Supportive Transition
Relocation expenses paid up to $15,000. Accompanying partner placement assistance available. Physician professional and social interest groups available to join. Dedicated Onboarding Specialist and Provider Services team to ensure a successful start at Guthrie.
