As a Guthrie Internal Medicine provider, you play a critical role in caring for our patients in your office while collaborating with Guthrie Specialists through a strong referral network.
Highlights of the Position
Full-time, outpatient-only practice. Collaborate with peer physicians and advanced practice providers. You can build a fulfilling clinical practice within a collegial practice environment supported by administration. Play a key role in contributing to positive patient outcomes and being a part of the Guthrie organization's success. J1 & H1B visa eligible.
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
Base salary starting at $275,000 annually. Starting bonus - up to $100,000. Medical school loan repayment - up to $150,000. Full benefits including medical, dental and disability insurance. Malpractice insurance includes tail. Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contribution. Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.
Dedication to Quality Patient Care
Cerner EMR transitioning to EPIC in the fall of 2024. Easy access to Guthrie Specialists. Location is an accredited Patient Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards. Care Coordinators (RN) available to care for high-risk patients and provide education. CME-$3,500 for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies.

Work Life Balance
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, traditional work schedule. Full time Providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Call shared equally among providers - phone call only. Generous Paid Time Off.
Supportive Transition
Relocation expenses paid up to $15,000. Accompanying partner placement assistance available. Dedicated Onboarding Specialist and Provider Services team to ensure a successful start at Guthrie.
