Highlights of the Position
Join a well-established, highly respected Non-Invasive Cardiology practice of six cardiologists with a loyal community patient following. Practice supported by experienced APPs in both the clinical setting and inpatient rounding. Provide inpatient and outpatient care on site at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital. Call coverage shared equally. J1 & H1B visa eligible.
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
Starting Salary of up to $550,000. Echo certification required and nuclear certification preferred. Up to $50,000 starting and retention bonus available. Competitive RVU model with strong Primary Care referral network Full benefits including medical, dental and disability insurance. Malpractice insurance includes tail. Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contribution. Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals. $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that is hired on a full-time basis.

Work Life Balance
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, traditional work schedule with non-burdensome call coverage. Full time Providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Generous Paid Time Off. Cerner EMR transitioning to EPIC in the fall of 2024.

CME offered to be used for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies. Guthrie Lourdes residency programs offer the potential to participate in medical student education. Physician mentoring and leadership opportunities are available.
