Fraud Investigation Services Associate III

Onsite - San Antonio, TX

$21.00 per hour

As a Fraud Investigation Services Associate III, you will be supporting our clientâs customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service. 

About the Role 

As a Fraud Investigation Services Associate III, you will be responsible for: 

  • Conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities by analyzing financial records, transaction data, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to gather evidence and build cases against individuals or entities involved in fraudulent activities.
  • Preparing detailed reports documenting findings, including evidence gathered, analysis conducted, and recommendations for further action.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest fraud detection techniques, tools, and regulations to continuously improve investigation processes and prevent future occurrences of fraud.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a High School Diploma, or GED
  • All internals must have 6 months experience in your current role.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprints.

Preferred Qualifications:â¯â¯ 

  • 1+ years of experience in the Fraud investigation or detection
