Job Title: Resilience Support Coordinator
Job Summary: The Resilience Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Integrated Resilience Operations Division (AFPC/DPFZ) by managing administrative workflows and providing logistical support for prevention and response initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring efficient processes to support the division’s mission of preventing interpersonal and self-directed violence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, round tables, and training sessions for the Resilience Division.
- Provide administrative support for sexual assault, harassment prevention, and True North programs.
- Assist with the development and implementation of resilience program tools and processes.
- Support staff with travel logistics and manage all necessary documentation.
- Maintain tracking systems for program data and ensure timely updates to division leadership.
- Coordinate with program managers on site visit agendas and logistics for key installations.
- Organize and inventory office supplies and promotional materials, managing procurement processes.
