  • Reconcile assigned monthly bank account reconciliation
  • Review accounts payable for accuracy, coding, and approval
  • Execute the weekly check run for hotels and corporate office
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Responsible for monthly financial statements preparation for any assigned properties/corporate entities
  • Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations, A/R Billbacks, and ledger postings for any assigned ledger accounts/properties/corporate entities.
  • Assist external auditors with year-end audits as needed
  • Problem solve issues as they arise
  • Support VP of Accounting and Finance and CFO as needed Requirements
    • Experience with SageIntacct, M3, , Profit Sword, PlateIQ, Expensify, Rivur, Sharepoint, and Hotel Effectiveness.
    • Extensive knowledge of financial statement preparation, check writing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and income audit back of house hospitality systems.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Education & Experience
      • Bachelor's Degree from a four year college or university with a degree in business, , preferably with a concentration in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • 3-5 years related experience, preferably in the hospitality industry Our Associates Love
