Job Description

Primary Function of Position

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in helping to fuel the growth of the ION® Commercial team by providing insights, scrutiny, and FP&A support. This role adapts quickly to business needs and offers financial insights for growth. It requires studying large data sets to find business insights, create forecasts, and guide better conclusions and investments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver on FP&A remit for the Ion organization. This includes monthly close, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Identify key opportunities and risks within financial models
  • Develop tools and dashboards that enable our organization to more efficiently manage commercial activities and resources
  • Build accurate forecasting/budgeting tools and monitor performance relative to plan
  • Utilize SQL and Tableau to query SFDC and Finance databases
  • Develop exceptional relationships with key cross-functional partners
