Job Description:
Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and other activities within the credit card disputes operations process. Supports operations partners and dispute product owners through effective development and maintenance of operations procedures, effective monitoring of disputes execution as well as implementation of risk management strategies to ensure adherence to procedural and regulatory requirements. Works with other business units and resources to build requirements and solutions which support strategic and risk initiatives aligned with business priorities. Ensures stability of each project. Mitigates business risk while designing process and strategy changes which improve key performance indicators within their span of control. Manages team members, project timelines, and issue management activities and maintains communication updates with management. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk. Supports and manages other business processes, as assigned, in a similar fashion.
Responsibilities:

  • Supports operations partners and dispute product owners through effective development and maintenance of operations procedures and effective monitoring of disputes execution
  • Manages team members, project timelines, and issue management activities and maintains communication updates with management.
  • Implementation of risk management strategies to ensure adherence to procedural and regulatory requirements

  • Recruits, trains and supervises staff/team members. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk.
  • Works with other business units and resources to build requirements and solutions which support strategic and risk initiatives aligned with business priorities.


Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance Business Analytics/Data Analytics
  • 6+ years' experience Financial Analyst, Collections, Process Strategy, and debt collections
  • In lieu of education, 8+ years Financial Analyst, Collections, Process Strategy, and debt collections


Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Business Administration and Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance Business Analytics / Data Analytics
  • 8+ years' experience Financial Analyst, Collections, Process Strategy, and debt collections
  • Project Manager or Lean Certification a Plus
  • Ability to compile, organize, and utilize data to solve business questions/problems

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
