We are looking for a customer service-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the front line, and you will solve a range of technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. Applicants must have the motivation to learn our business and provide the best customer service in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide first contact resolution for all IT-related issues
- Walk users through problem-solving process according to safe work practices consistent with corporate policy
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level support
- Follow up to provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Monitor and maintain software and hardware inventory
- Basic administration of an Office 365 environment: Office 365 Admin portal, One Drive, SharePoint, Entra ID, and PowerShell
- Basic administration of a hybrid Active Directory environment: user and computer objects, and groups
- Install and support Windows OS, MS Office, Adobe, TeamViewer, VPN, antivirus, and malware software.
- Install ERP and WMS software
- Install and maintain network and local printers
- Manage and deploy Office@Hand phone system
- Performs other related duties and special projects as required
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in providing help desk support
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Working knowledge of software (i.e. Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, and Adobe)
- Previous experience in remote assistant software to support remote users
- Understanding of basic network routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls
- Team player with eagerness to learn
- Availability to work a flexible schedule onsite between the hours of 7am to 7pm to support business need across the country
This position is in-office Monday - Friday.
