Job Description

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You'll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with strong analytical skills, and the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results.A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce professionals and ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
Supervise Salesforce development cycles by providing guidance on solutioning and designing system components, while maintaining the platform's stability and integrity, and applying best practices.
Act as a release manager, approving configurations and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes,Define and enforce coding standards across all projects.Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements, implement new functionality and bring old functionality up to current standards.Suggest and approve improvements and upgrades to existing functionality and technical components, to implement new technologies.Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture Team in designing solutions across multiple platforms.Proven knowledge in:Languages: APEX, Visual Force, SOQL, HTML, JavaTools: Data Loader, Enterprise Manager, ANTConfiguration Tools: Lightning components, Flows, Workflows, Security, Approval processes, TriggersInclusive: Passionate for working in different cultures and environments, in a collaborative organization with a diverse team.Team Player: Ability to work with others toward a shared goal, participating actively, accountable and committed to the entire team respecting peers, leadership, stakeholders, and clients. Inspirational: Excellent oral and written communication skills: Communicate clearly and professionally with Finance and non-Finance professionals within the organization being able to inspire others.Decision Maker: Challenge the status quo and make decisions based on your role to be an effective problem solver and use critical thinking skills to find new ideas and connect them to provide the best practices and tools to our stakeholders and clients.Flexibility: Adapt and respond to the changing environment and to constructively create opportunities for change through active participation.Proven ability to lead and influence people, both directly and indirectly
Qualifications

Education & Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Developer experienceMinimum Salesforce certified:AdministratorPlatform Developer IIApplication ArchitectPlatform App Builder
Preferred:

Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of studySalesforce Designer certificationsOther Salesforce Architecture certificationsActive in the Salesforce community
