Chicago, United States Feastables Full time

Feastables is on a mission to create the world's most engaging brand. As the CPG industry teeters on the edge of transformation, trust has shifted from traditional corporate giants to innovative individual creators. With the backing of MrBeast, the world's most influential creator, and our unwavering commitment to transparency and superior quality, we are strategically positioned to become the go-to snacking brand for future generations.

At the heart of our ethos is the belief that anything is possible. This belief ignites our innovation and drives us to push boundaries. It's what enables us to deliver incredible products and unique, engaging experiences that keep our fans and customers coming back for more.

Though recognized for our chocolate bars, our vision goes beyond a single product category. We aim to offer a diverse product range, each item tailored to meet our customers' unique tastes and needs. Regardless of the variety, all of our products share a common trait - the guarantee of quality and fun that Feastables is known for.

We're not just building a brand; we're crafting a legacy and just getting started. We are charting an unprecedented path, at an unbelievable velocity, and seeking extraordinary individuals to help us shape the next iconic global brand. Together, we will build something truly remarkable that will resonate with customers worldwide and stand the test of time.

About the Role:

As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Feastables’ end-to-end planning function across supply and inventory management. You will be primarily responsible for providing insights to optimize the production planning and distribution process across our domestic business. The right person for this role will be a highly-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a background in Supply Chain and Business Planning, capable of both hands-on and individual contribution in a highly dynamic, start-up environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with Demand and Supply Planning teams to help develop monthly production plans based on inventories, financial forecast and bottoms-up demand plan for the domestic business
  • Perform analyses and give recommendations on various supply scenarios given changing capacities & demand outlooks
  • Monitor and track performance across our contract manufacturer network to determine and review production capabilities
  • Maintain rolling 12-month supply forecasts and provide visibility to all key partners including contract manufacturers and the Procurement team
  • Manage purchase orders within Feastables ERP and effectively communicate production priorities to contract manufacturing partners
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key partners at various domestic contract manufacturers to ensure production is happening as scheduled
  • Lead bi-weekly inventory allocation with the Demand & Customer Supply Chain teams in order to appropriately manage available product in alignment with business priorities
  • Deliver the best customer experience by ensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time
  • Additional duties as needed

Recipe for success:

  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Food/Beverage manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods experience in high-growth, start-up environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘self-start’ mentality
  • Problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions
  • Comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn’t always highly structured or predictable – this is not a ‘punch in, punch out’ role
  • Strong analytical skills are a must have
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Strong sense of urgency and time management
  • Must be highly organized and detailed
  • A team player: able to work and make decisions with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics or other related field required
  • 2+ years Supply Chain/Operations experience
  • Six Sigma Black Belt / APICS certification is a plus

Why Feastables?

We value experience. For our customers, our partners, and our employees. We hire awesome people (like you) who are smart, driven, and have a growth mindset. We have a thriving culture where you’ll have interesting problems to solve with the autonomy you need to make a difference. And, of course, we have the perks/benefits to enable you to do your best work.

  • Competitive Salary
  • 100% employer paid option for medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with an employer match
