- Join Benchmark Human Services as an Assistant Director in the Birth to Three program
- The Assistant Director will assist with the operational functions of the Birth to Three Program.
- Support program development through staff training, assessment of family needs, and serve as an active participant in the early intervention community.
- Comply with all Federal and State regulations, including those outlined in the Connecticut Birth to Three Policies and Procedures.
- Assist with oversight of the program, including recruitment, public awareness and all administrative functions associated with operating the Program Assist with hiring of early intervention staff.
- Assist with performance reviews for early intervention staff.
- Participate in Birth to Three sponsored trainings, meetings and learning opportunities as appropriate.
- Actively participate in early intervention related committees/workgroups.
