Overall Job Summary

This position is responsible for creating, developing, and tracking of sales driving events and developing the event exit strategy. This position is responsible for preparing and distributing all sales driving event communications to a cross-functional team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

Manage Merchandising Sales Driving Initiative Events including but not limited to Center Court Events, Dollar Days, End-caps, Price Cut and Item of the Month. Lead Merchandise teams to finalize Event assortments, manage timelines and verify financial forecasts meet budgeted goals. Partner with Visual/Space Planners on space analysis, and SDI/planogram creation. Partner with Merchants, Marketing and visual planning finalize signage and/or P.O.P. for all events according to TSC standards Manages the Opportunity Buy and Test programs, finalizes placement, timing with cross functional teams. Communicates final direction to all cross functional teams. Responsible for Event Tracker updates for Merchandising Events Develops and monitors execution of event exit strategies.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 2 – 4 years’ experience; retail experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

Required Proficiency and ability with Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
