How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Serve as the Vans single point of contact for mobile Develop the strategy for our mobile programs across App, Push Messaging, and SMS; build out multi-year roadmaps, supported by business cases Partner with IT product owners to define & deliver the requisite capabilities & enhancements for our mobile tools; serve as the Vans project manager to implement the respective capabilities (includes requirements gathering, testing, change management, KPI definition & monitoring, and ongoing support) Work closely with our Retention Marketing team to understand their needs and ensure these are incorporated into the strategy and roadmap for Push Messaging and SMS Where needed, support the Retention Marketing team with change management - and even execution - as it pertains to sending Push and SMS communications Where needed, also support with the development and capability delivery as it pertains to Email What success looks like:
Driving organizational clarity through establishing & communicating mobile roadmaps; enabling long-term, sustainable growth and building CLV with our target consumers Successful delivery of mobile enhancement projects: On-time, in-full, and within budget; achieving the business case Seamless integration of mobile capabilities & enhancements through to the end users within the broader eCommerce team; minimal business disruption Ensuring KPIs across App, Push Messaging, and SMS are both established & achieved Driving organizational efficiencies through clear communication, documented & instituted standard operating procedures, and a passion for operational excellence Free To Be, Inclusion & Diversity

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years
Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know:
Well versed in the [owned] mobile landscape across a youth consumer audience Experience in native apps and mobile communication channels Acumen of consumer & commercial KPIs Familiarity with building business cases; comfortable working in large sets of data Experience working with IT organizations and managing a demand backlog with product owners to deliver continuous program development; familiary with tools such as Confluence and Jira is a plus Strong communicator and able to translate complex & technical components into a simple narrative/storyline A team player who has a passion for people and winning together What we will teach you:

Hiring Range:
$90,720.00 USD - $113,400.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
