Job Title: Senior Mainframe Developer

 

Work Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – Onsite)

 

Required Experience: 05+ Years

 

Technical Skills (Primary):

  • Excellent Technical analytical skills should be proficient in JCL COBOL SQL IMS DB IMS DC DB2 and have experience in Online and batch processing
  • Should have excellent analysis skills and should be able to document the existing functionality for rule harvesting work
  • should work as developer analyzing existing system and documenting the application functionality for modernization work ahead must have good process knowledge
  • Should be able to estimate Design Develop Test Tune and Implement mainframe programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation Testing and documentation of applications
  • Should have REXX knowledge and have designed some automation tools They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must have inclinations towards opportunities to automate tools processes and procedures
  • Good to have Insurance knowledge

 

Soft Skills:

  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be confident to give demos to the client
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
