Position Summary

A Host is in charge of maintaining Booker/MFN standards of organization, tidiness and assistance for customers as well as in front of house operations and back of house operations.

Responsibilities
  • Answering and managing tasting room calls
  • Assisting guests in creating and managing reservations
  • Managing current and future reservations
  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Providing water service
  • Stocking wine/non wine inventory
  • Communication with servers/bussers
  • In-depth knowledge of experiences, club, and current information of BKR/MFN
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of facilities


Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (a case of wine)
  • Must be able to work in a team
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be friendly and approachable
