In addition, the Operations Supervisor provides administrative support to the Program Director of CBHC Core Services and Program Director of MCI to ensure integration is occurring across all CBHC programs.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Helps actualize overall mission of access to care through our Community Behavioral Health Center by Increasing access to care, including urgent care, Integrating behavioral and medical health, providing fully integrated treatment for co-occurring disease of substance use and serious mental illness, and working to provide a continuum of care inside and outside the agency that is seamless and fully addresses the whole person.
  • Assists in the day-to-day functioning of ensuring access of care is readily available to all clients.
  • Oversee and manage the Open Access schedule for CBHC Core Services
  • Assists staff in meeting clinical service target productivity standards for the program
  • Provide back up for Client Navigators in completing necessary paperwork and assisting in case managementRequired Skills
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with major in social sciences or related field (e.g., human services).
    • Must be highly organized to meet expected timelinesRequired Experience
      • Minimum of 1 year of clinic and/or project management experience required.
      • 3-5 years of administrative experience required
      • Prior experience in social or behavioral health services helpful
