As a Staff Process Intergration Engineer, you will be responsible for sustaining and improving process performance.  Responsibilities include:  1) Transferring new products and technologies from TSMC headquarters; 2) Driving defect reduction and product yield improvement activities; 3) Reviewing and improving product E-test performance and product yield; 4) Collaborating with fab engineering teams to maintain process stability; 5) providing technical support to customers.

 

While this position is scheduled to work core business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, there may be times when additional hours are necessary.

 

 

REQUIRMENTS: 

  • Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Material Science.
  • Two (2) years of Senior level Process Integration Engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. 
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.

Pay Transparency / Benefits statement 
At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $121,000 and $155,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience, and the position level.  TSMC’s total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. We also offer extensive development opportunities and programs.
