Main Responsibilities:
Orchestrate aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan. Drive the innovation & automation agenda by adopting cutting edge technologies to achieve process efficiencies, increase in user productivity & promote a seamless customer experience. Demonstrate architectural best practices applied across a breadth of technologies to solve organizational problems, articulate views/roadmaps for future development, and understand the interaction between infrastructure, operations, and development. Develop solutions to automate buying channel business processes and improve work efficiency. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation/ training, coordinating with internal stakeholders.Engage with customers to understand customer requirements for ecommerce opportunities, helping to define the strategy and support various integration channels (eg, e-catalog, punchout, e-procurement)Initiate and manage customer onboarding questionnaire and process, continuously improving to drive efficiency and end user experience.Onboard customers and support account creation into PerkinElmer systems, working internally with Master Data Management and Credit Collections team to support customer setup and credit verifications.Support analysis and problem-solving of points of failure along the end-to-end workflow of the customer’s ecommerce chosen method.Troubleshoot non-catalog orders, working with Customer Care to address internally.Support testing of integration and set-up, personalizing format of data transmission, ensuring seamless flow between customer and SAP/PerkinElmerSupport activation (mapping) of customer ordering through online webshop for new customers (connecting to SAP and master data management platforms)Support onboarding of eprocurement platforms (connecting through customer Ariba, Coupa, etc), with live connections to SAP and customized webshop portalDrive process simplification and standardization across the digital buying channels (e-catalog, punchout, manual vs automated) and onboarding checklist and KPIs.Monitor and report analytics around performance of each buying channel.Collaborate with IT on customer set-up, leveraging tools to manage each customer onboarding project (eg, project management and coordination through salesforce.com case management).Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field and 8+ years of experienceStrong background in customer onboarding, digital transformation, or customer experience management.Ariba, Coupa, or cXML experiencePreferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in leadership or managerial roles related to customer integration and digital initiatives is important.Familiarity with the industry's digital landscape, trends, and customer preferences to develop effective integration and onboarding strategies, able to translate technology needs into customer experiences.Critical Skills:
Strong project management abilities for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process, managing timelines, and coordinating teams effectively.A deep understanding of customer needs balanced against business needs, able to listen and guide the design of onboarding processes that cater to diverse user profiles.Excellent communication skills, necessary to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers to convey the benefits of digital integration and address concerns.Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, track user behavior, and measure the success of onboarding initiatives.Strong leadership qualities, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.The ability to identify challenges that customers might face during integration and onboarding and devising solutions to overcome them.Able to respect and pivot based on cultural nuances, language differences, and regional preferences.Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, staying current on industry trends.Other Requirements:

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $98,000 to $147,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
