Project Manager, Med Device/Pharma, Digital StrategyBUSINESS PROBLEM, CONTEXT & INITIATIVE DESCRIPTIONOur F500 client is a pharmaceutical and medical device company that is committed to improving the quality of life of patients by delivering high quality products through innovation.They manufacture and market a broad range of branded and generic pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter (OTC) products and medical devices (contact lenses, ophthalmic surgical equipment and aesthetic devices) in more than 90 countries.The Commercial PMO Project Manager (PM) will closely work with business leads in Commercial Operations, internal customer project owners (GMs; Sales VPs; Sales Ops; Marketing VPs; Brand Leaders; Commercial Analytics), Information Technology, and vendors to lead and manage multiple projects in the commercial PMO portfolio.DUTIES / EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLEExecute each phase of the project life cycle as defined in the Commercial PMOs Methodology and in project RACIsTranslate business scope into what each project workstream will enable as its outcome, and what functions need to be involved in producing the outcome.Partner with business SMEs and IT/vendor PMs to organize and plan projects for success.Day to day management of the integrated dependencies and milestones in your integrated project plan.Identify, define, assess, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues that can disrupt successful delivery.Maintain health status summaries of key activities, milestones, and Risks and Issues; regularly communicate with stakeholders on whats going on in the project.Schedule, prepare for, and run Workstream and Core Team meetings with post meeting notes.Prepare executive level summary reporting of project workstreams for Steering meetings (if used)MUST HAVES QUALIFICATION SUMMARYStrong Project Management in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Biotechnology: Define and understand the projects business opportunity and outcomes, key requirements (Scope), and the scope of work in each workstream; plus, define a Project Charter; Define and understand Roles and Responsibilities using a RACI; Prepare for and lead a Kick-off Meeting. Oversee the definition of Business Requirements; Define a critical path Project Plan with dependencies and milestones, or a schedule of Sprints; Facilitate definition of Change Impact Analysis and Communications & Training Plans.Experience in Commercial Life Sciences: Selling and marketing to HCPs/ECPs; Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ); Order Management; Samples and Collateral Fulfillment; Commercial Analytics / Business Intelligence; Promotional Review; Learning & Devel.; E-Commerce.Experience automating global commercial business processes and integrating three or more of the following commercial Life Sciences platforms (SFDC CRM, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud; Veeva CRM; Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ); Order Management; Samples and Collateral Fulfillment; MDM; Data Warehouse / Data Marts; Sales and Marketing Analytics; Incentive Compensation; Call Planning; Roster Management; Multi-channel Marketing; Omni-Channel, eCommerce).Experience working for a company who sells: Rx, or OTC products to HCPs, Eye Care Professionals, Surgeons, Hospitals, Institutions, or consumers.Waterfall and Agile methodologies ; 1+ years of experience with Agile.Executive Communication and Presentation . The Consultant must communicate and present at the executive level: proficiency in stakeholder buy in, strong cross functional communication, organizational navigation, building rapport across functions and levels of management.NICE-TO-HAVES PMP/PMI Certification Global Fortune500 Experience Professional Consulting ExperienceTRAVEL & LOCATIONHybrid role.
