ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Hotel Buter will deliver personalized service to create extraordinary guest experiences, from seamless check-ins and requests to impeccable hotel stay experience. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations and arranging exclusive experiences, while coordinating with hotel teams to ensure every detail is perfect. This role is pivotal in crafting unforgettable stays and elevating guest satisfaction to new heights by providing the finest in food, beverage, personal butler/valet services and amenities.

  • Work closely with other departments such as: front office, housekeeping and concierge to maintain the highest standards for our guest and their experience
  • Ensure that all amenities in the butler rooms are in full working order at all times
  • Anticipate the needs of the guest and to handle the needs accordingly
  • To ensure guest history and profiles are maintained, adding information that is relevant to future stays
  • Gather details for guests prior to arrival to ensure that any special requests, transfers, etc are arranged in advance
  • Welcome guests and makes them feel at home
  • Serve meals, tea, hor d'ouvres, cocktails and other food and beverage to hotel guest rooms.
  • Perform concierge duties.
  • Assist dignitary guests in unpacking, packing and the selection, care, and maintenance of their wardrobe.
  • Coordinate appropriate wardrobe needs i.e., pressing, dry cleaning, and polishing shoes.
  • Arrange for personal services such as haircutting and styling, manicures, massages, etc.
  • Remain immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests' needs and expectations.
  • Arrange for the provision of special services on request such as birthday cakes, special food, or beverages, etc.
  • Maintain butler's pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition.
  • Report any deficiencies to assigned supervisor and coordinates corrective action.
  • Maintain the hospitality and clean, professional appearance of the Hotel Lobby and guest sitting areas,
  • Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
  • Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest's wins.


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for this role will be committed to going above and beyond to deliver extraordinary service to our guests while maintaining Caesars and Nobu luxury standards. The Hotel Butler will meticulously ensure all requests are well taken care of, and needs are anticipated in advance and managed cordingly. Our butler will be working closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office and Concierge to maintain the highest standards for our guests and their experiences.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Butler or in Food and Beverage or in a related field at a 5-star luxury hotel is preferred.
  • Excellent guest service, anticipatory skills, attention to detail and discretion required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Display a polite and professional attitude.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English

  • Able to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Auditory range to include immediate environment.
  • Visual field to include near and far distances.
  • Mobility to move quickly and easily about Hotel and Restaurant areas.
  • Ability to maintain composure under all situations, including handling abusive guests, in a positive manner.
  • Ability to walk, talk, stand, balance and work in a noisy environment.
  • Manual dexterity, including handling silverware, dishware, guest checks and pencils/pens. Ability to work as a team member and coordinate activities.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch and lift objects that weigh up to 100 pounds.
  • Able to push and/or pull heavy rolling loads more than 100 pounds.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
