This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Suburban Hospital's Emergency Department Team as an ED Control Desk Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving and placing phone calls for physicians and ED staff
  • Computer order entry and managing the Physician call log
  • Ordering patient nourishments
  • Maintaining the organization of the ED control area and supplies and forms for physicians and nurses

Casual/PRN status

Shift: 7PM – 7AM (12 hour shifts)

Minimum Education and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience (and/or related training) working in a hospital setting
  • Medical Terminology
