Provides education and information to community partners in law enforcement, court systems, incarcerating facilities, and other agencies within the criminal justice system.
Serves as a member of Treatment Court Teams, providing a clinical perspective and guiding treatment plans for Veteran participants.
Develops awareness of civil legal service providers and resources in order to provide referrals to Veterans seeking support specific to non-criminal legal needs such as divorce, child custody, bankruptcy, etc
Independently conducting interviews and assessments for the purpose of program enrollment and to aid in the development of treatment plans.
Conduct in-person visits with Veterans in incarcerating facilities to conduct initial needs assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
