Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Wilmington, DE. Duties:

Requirements
  • 5 years of DA/BA - JIRA-back log refinement, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for team presentations, Agile, Data Mapping, Data Ingestion, and Data Migration
  • 5 years of Big Data/Hadoop/Rational Database
  • Must have 2 years of using Python Scripting to pull data from AWS/Azure/possibly other Cloud environments
  • 2 years of hands-on Python, not a developer or Data Engineer more Technical DA with Python and AWS
  • This role is Data and Excel heavy; Must be SME on Excel including Macros
  • Team uses AWS/AWS S3 and there's 3 buckets in AWS the data needs to be pulled from - Other cloud platform experience where candidate used Python to pull data from is fine
  • Python is used to pull data from the cloud
  • Experience performing data validations of data migrated to cloud
  • Technical background key to support Leads and Scrum Teams in their design and test
  • Risk/Fraud knowledge is a plus
  • Cloud experience/exposure to cloud migration, certification is a plus - Cloud Practitioner exp is a plus
  • Plus Enterprise experience is very helpful
  • Expert in modeling process flows, data relationship flows and event sequencing; Able to understand the logic of code and to construct complex data queries
  • Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge
  • Python, Spark, AWS (hands on experience)
  • Statistics, Data engineer, Integration testing, Database Knowledge, Data Analysis
  • Understanding of Model and its Lifecycle
  • Expectation for model validation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
