What you will be doing: 

The Business Travel Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with national and local accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for business travel clients.  You will collaborate with various departments, including operations, to ensure a seamless experience for business travel clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional support to our sales team to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

Previous sales catering experience in a Hilton brand or luxury hotel establishment is ideal Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral from Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software Comprehension of technical application of reservations system Detail-oriented, effectively use social media for postings and updates and market hotel events Ability to master basic selling techniques

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
