Essential Functions


  • As part of ensuring that the Customer Service Level Agreement is achieved, ensures that adequate inventories of chemicals are on hand.
  • Provide sound technical advice and recommendations of products to customers based on their operational requirements.
  • Routinely collect oilfield samples and analyze data to present to customers.
  • Build and sustain relationships with both current and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients by troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues, maintaining financial and technical portfolios, and keeping customers informed of their wellsite performance.
  • Reviews hazards reported at or near the well-sites which may impact the safe operation of the site. When appropriate, works with Safety to designate suitable PPE for personnel assigned to the well-sites.
  • Regularly review all site-generated reports to ensure oversight.
  • Adherence to all company, federal and state rules, policies and safety regulations
  • Will be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays and nights as required for the position.
  • Attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Will be required to be on call evenings, weekends, holidays and nights as required for the position. Must understand and adhere to all company, federal and state rules, policies and safety regulations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree and 3 - 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas sales preferred, light mechanical skills, strong communication skills, demonstrated problem solving skills, formulate solutions and make decisions under pressure, the ability to prioritize and multitask with speed and accuracy, work and lead in a team environment and the ability to pass criminal background check, MVR and drug screen.

Preferred skills include experience in specialty frac chemicals, Working knowledge of product lines, product applications, wellsite equipment and its’ effect on chemical treatment, various production vessels and treatment options.
