SUMMARY: Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's revenue. This includes overseeing pricing to maximize margins, managing clientsâ returns, monitoring efficiencies and ensuring that the company meets its financial goals.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the Global Revenue function as the Revenue Director in the US
· Partner effectively with the US Commercial team to drive revenue goals within separate sales channels
· Partner with Finance and Operations for the accurate reporting of revenue and margins, tracking of KPI and related variances vs. standards
· Lead discussions with the Commercial team, Finance, R&D, QA, Operations and Costing on new product launch and LTOs to ensure accuracy and consistency
· Partner with Costing Director on discussions with Procurement, Logistics and Operations on hedging strategies and tailored pricing models
· Oversee standards and pricing updates monthly for the different price groups
· Monitor day-to-day progress of revenue strategy within Key Accounts in coordination with Sales
· Report on revenue trends and forecasts to Management on a weekly basis. Work with the Commercial team on proactive strategies to avoid or minimize margin compression
· Opine on contract terms to maximize company revenue: review new and revised Customer Agreements
· Develop and continue to improve existing internal controls to support revenue management activities.
· Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly.
· Approve pricing
· Serve as a core team member for strategic initiatives
· Manage the work of others and act as backup for team member
