The Director of Sales Operations at On Location plays a critical role in enhancing our sales team's productivity and effectiveness. This leadership position is focused on optimizing our Salesforce configuration to ensure it fully supports our sales operations. You will be responsible for dashboarding key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and driving continuous improvement in our sales processes and strategies, aligning with industry best practices. 
 

  • Optimize Salesforce CRM to enhance functionality, usability, and efficiency, ensuring it serves as an effective tool for sales enablement and operations.  

  • Develop and implement advanced dashboarding and reporting within Salesforce to track and visualize key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making.  

  • Lead the sales operations strategy in establishing best practices for sales process management, including lead generation, sales forecasting, territory management, and account allocation.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems and processes.  

  • Conduct regular reviews of business procedures to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to maximize efficiency and productivity.  

  • Manage and mentor the broader sales team in establishing and maintaining best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.  

  • Support sales leadership in strategic planning and execution, leveraging Salesforce data and analytics to inform decisions.  

  • Facilitate the training and development of sales staff in utilizing Salesforce effectively, ensuring high adoption rates and proficiency.  

  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality and governance within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and reliability of sales data and metrics.  

  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and third-party tools, evaluating and implementing them as appropriate to enhance sales operations.

You Have These 

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales operations, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM optimization and management. 

  • Proven track record in implementing sales technology solutions and improving sales processes.

  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including advanced reporting and dashboarding.  

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
