Job Summary
The Center for Academic Resources and Enrichment Services (CARES) at the University of Kentucky is seeking a talented and motivated intern for a social media and graphic design role. This unique opportunity allows the intern to play a pivotal role in managing CARES’ social media presence and crafting engaging fliers and marketing materials for our student community.
Key Responsibilities:
Social media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and awareness of CARES’ programs and activities.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and informative fliers, posters and digital content that aligns with CARES’ mission and values.
Content Creation: generate regular content that highlights the various aspects of CARES including academic support, career development and student life enhancement.
Collaboration: Work closely with CARES team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Strong skills in graphic design and social media management, excellent communication and organization skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
