Come grow with us?General Purpose and Scope of Position:Wilbur-Ellis is seeking an experienced Administrative professional to provide office administration services in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of administrative duties and customer service including order processing and invoicing.?Key Skills and Abilities include:Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskRequires excellent interpersonal skills between both customers and fellow employeesExcellent attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsHigh-level of professionalismAbility to take initiative, work autonomously, and own a project through the completion5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant roleBookkeeping experience desiredKnowledge of mathematical concepts and the ability to apply such concepts as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical application with accuracyDemonstrated a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with an intermediate level of MS ExcelExperience with JD Edwards software preferredAbility to collaborate and contribute to a team environmentRequires the ability to work in a very fast-paced seasonal environmentWork closely with other branch locations as needed within the region?Key Personal Attributes:Strong attention to detailConfident, professional, and able to collaborate with employees from all levelsPositive attitudeOutstanding customer service focus and desire to supportAdvanced interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAgriculture industry experience is a plusCollege or trade school equivalent education preferredWillingness to work overtime as needed?Specific Responsibilities include:Customer Invoicing; a daily repetitive dutyAccurate recordkeeping of invoices, delivery tags, and shipping documentsAssist with accounts receivable and related as necessary including customer support, prepays, online portal, past-due accounts.Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate mannerMake use of standard office equipment, computer software programs, fax machines, postage machines, copier machines, etc. to effectively perform all aspects of position responsibilitiesProvide administrative support and assistance to area branch operation staff, sales staff, and managers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a definite plusAnswer multi-line phone systemAttending training sessions and meetings when necessaryOther duties as required?Compensation and Benefits:In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $19.33 - $25.80 per hour.?
