A minimum of five (5) years in the packaging industry within R&D
Expert-level plastics packaging material science knowledge, particularly regarding blow molding and injection molding manufactured products
Proficiency with Project Management tools and software, preferably, Microsoft Projects, Teams, and Smartsheet.
Working knowledge regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to products made from post-consumer material.
