As a fully integrated partner in the Aerospace Data Facility Colorado (ADF-C), along with National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), NSAC is unique in its portfolio of global responsibilities. NSAC leverages partnerships to produce integrated intelligence in support of global missions and priorities and serves as the enterprise center for overhead technical Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection, the hub for the management of the global overhead SIGINT mission, and a corporate leader in innovative cryptologic discovery. Serves in an official position of Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service Leader regardless of his/her organizational level. Considers Agency goals and performance strategically, by setting the Agency's overall direction via its strategic plans. Provides authoritative advice, serves as NSA spokesperson, and is ultimately accountable for effective and efficient Agency operations and its compliance with policy (to include approving out-year budget documents). The Director of Capabilities, NSAC / Chief, RCC-C reports to both the NSAC Director and the Enterprise Governance Lead in the Capabilities Directorate.
