About the Role:

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Advisory practice, you will work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and assist in identifying and managing financial and operational risks within their business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industries by having direct client interaction while working on multiple aspects of an engagement
  • Think independently and strategically about your clients' business, systems and risks providing recommendations for business and process improvements based upon knowledge gained relative to the client's operations, processes and business objectives
  • Provide strategic business advice to clients by assisting in the implementation of new processes and controls that address key risks
  • Be responsible for significant new business development, including identifying, sourcing, pursuing, and winning risk advisory opportunities at large health systems in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York region

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
