Job Title: Director of Risk Management

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned risk management professional to lead our risk management efforts and ensure a safe environment for our patients, employees, and visitors. As Director of Risk Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, investigating and analyzing potential risks, and collaborating with our clinical and operational teams to drive quality and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and operational teams to drive quality and safety initiatives, including the development and implementation of quality improvement projects.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide training and education to employees on risk management and quality improvement principles and practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare, risk management, business, finance, or a related field required. Master's degree in health information management, nursing, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in a risk management position, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in a quality or process improvement role.
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $69,672 - $110,000
