Hendrick Chevrolet (Hoover)Location: 1620 Montgomery Hwy, Hoover, Alabama 35216 Summary: The Xtream Salesperson is responsible for increasing vehicle sales for the dealership by generating sales leads through proper utilization of the Xtream software solution targeting previous customers.
Meets dealership sales goals
Run daily scrubs to generate effective leads for both the New and Used Sales departments, as well as the Finance department.
Utilize the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials for customers.
Works closely with sales team, Sales Managers and Service Manager
Participates in required training
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

o Bachelor Degree
Field of Study/Work Experience:
Automotive
Desired Work Experience:
√ Excellent sales, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of automotive sales industry.
Computer Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to learn and utilize the Xtream software system and the Dealership Management system.
Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
