We are seeking a dedicated and customer/patient-focused individual to join our Patient Services team within our Cardiology office. In this role, you will support patients over the phone in their scheduling needs via inbound calls. We strive for first-call resolution for appointment scheduling, canceling, rescheduling, patient registration, and documentation in accordance with patient privacy and safety standards.
Employees will also be cross-trained in front desk duties
* Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
* Experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Call Center/Customer service, pharmacy or related preferred.
* Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance procedures, and electronic health records.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in patient data entry and scheduling.
* Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
* Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered.
* Health/Vision/Dental Insurance
* Monday to Friday schedule - no weekends
