As the Senior Director of Sales Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts who provide insights and recommendations to optimize our sales strategy, performance, and operations. You will work closely with senior executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to align on business goals, identify opportunities, and drive action. You will also oversee the development and implementation of sales analytics tools, dashboards, and reports that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
Act as strategic analytics partner to the sales organization delivering insights including financial, strategic, and operational analysis of new and existing business opportunities and enhancements.
Communicate and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, using clear and compelling data visualizations and storytelling.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales analysts who deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to support sales objectives and initiatives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for sales analytics, and track the impact and ROI of analytics initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, or related field, preferably in the CPG industry.
6+ years of management and leadership of a team of 10+ analysts
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior leadership and stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and effectively manage and meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines with minimum assistance.
